• All board members, employees, and volunteers must adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines governing nonprofit
organizations.
9. Reporting Violations
• Any concerns or violations of this code should be reported promptly to leadership or the designated compliance
officer.
• Reports will be handled with discretion, and there will be no retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in
good faith.
